Fundraising Assistant

Salary: £13,650 - 20 days Annual Leave and 10 days public holiday + membership to the IoF
Hours: 9am-5pm Monday to Friday (You will be required to work weekends from time to time) 6 months Fixed Term Contract with the possibility to be extended dependant on results
Main Responsibilities
Experience
This is an entry point to fundraising, so fundraising experience is not needed, however it would be useful if you have organised events, conferences and worked as volunteer or with volunteers in the past. You should possess good MS office experience and are confident using a database. You should be confident speaking on the phone as you will be the first point of contact in the fundraising team. Good organisational and planning skills and the ability to work to targets and deadlines is essential. Able to use Twitter and Facebook
Qualifications
Good general school leaving qualifications including English or relievent experience. The ability to drive is an advantage but not a nessessity.
