Experience tells us that people would like to speak to others about their cancer journey. It is often reassuring to hear that you are not alone.

Our Support Groups meet regularly and discuss issues and concerns that matter. Members offer emotional support and comfort to each other throughout diagnosis, treatment and recovery, and help each other to move on after cancer.

Whether it is you or a loved one who is affected by cancer, your local group will welcome you and support you through your difficult time.

Heads Up

The Heads Up head and neck cancer support group meet every Thursday morning. If you, or someone you know is affected by head or neck cancer then we invite you along to talk to other people going through a similar hardship.

We also have Support Groups in our outreach centres in:

  • East Kilbride
  • Rothesay

"During treatment for cancer I didn't feel like myself. Coming to a Cancer Support Scotland Support Group helped me feel like me again."
