Scottish Cancer Network are seeking views from people affected by cancer.
The views from experiences shared will help Scottish Cancer Network develop a Cancer Patient Pathway. This will describe treatment options throughout the cancer patient journey from diagnosis onwards, linking to the useful resources and signposting patients to the existing resources with local initiatives and charities.
Scottish Cancer Network are asking patients (who have been diagnosed or had treatment in the last 5 years), carers and family members to fill out a short questionnaire and tell them about your experience and what you think is important, what worked well and what was missing.
